Christians were right about one thing, don’t eat the pork. The book Leviticus in the bible specifically tells Christians not to eat pork, even though most Christians do not listen.  The condemnation of eating pork by “god” is proven by biological facts. Leviticus 11:7,8 and Deuteronomy 14:8 state “And the swine, because it divides the hoof, and yet does not chew cud, it is unclean unto you; you shall not eat of their flesh, nor touch their dead carcase. This scripture is put to shame by many who follow Christian faith.
A pig will eat anything, including urine, decaying animal flesh, maggots, and decaying vegetables. They will even eat cancerous growths off of other pigs or animals. The meat and fat of pork absorbs toxins, and is 30 times more toxic than venison, or beef. This is because pigs do not perspire. Toxins remain in their bodies because there is no perspiration to excrete them.  Swines and pigs have over a dozen parasites in them, such as worms, flukes, tapeworms, and trichinae.  There is no safe temperature  that pork can be cooked to, to ensure that the parasites, and their eggs, or cysts, can be killed.  Pork carries over 30 diseases that can be transferred to humans.
The swine is so dirty that puss, and filth constantly ooze out its body, but not fast enough so some of it gets in its meat. By eating the meat parasites and toxins are able to get into your body. Christians who say Christ abolished the law condemning the eating of pork, are motivated by their stomach not scripture. The problems with eating pork are biological,  Christ never changed biology’s laws, because they remain the same.
As humans it is natural for us to find life’s thrills, but even according to Christians not at the chance of intentionally expensing our human lives.  In every culture there is taboo thrills, that have a chance of death. Usually cultures consider you less of a man if you do not eat taboo foods.  From pork, hot peppers, fugu fish, and mushrooms, the choice is each individuals of what they eat. However if more people were conscious of their foods origin, would they still eat it?

Mise En Place 2

More people are begining to cook as a career. Females are now begining to be more present “on the line”. Male workers are being challenged in the workforce by female workers, in the food industry they once dominated.
Quality cooking was changed over to food service in the middle of the 18 th century. During this time food was run by guilds. Licenses were obtained to be able to prepare specific items. In order to serve guests, ond had to buy items from the menu of these licensed operators, called guilds. Guests had no choices, and ate what they were given. In today’s age we could not imagine such a thing, because there are so many choices of what a person can eat or cook at anytime.
The chance for choices began in 1765, with a Parisian named Boulanger, who started it all selling soup out of his shop. Starting the first restaurant, Boulanger upset the guilds so that they took him to court. Boulanger won his case changing food service history by making it possible for people to not just have to buy food from the guilds.
By 1789 with the end of the French Revolution chefs were forced to open restaurants for employment. The revolution ended social monarchy, many chefs could not cook for nobilty, and were out of work. These chefs created their own jobs, and in ten years went from 50-500 independent restaurants.
Chefs had it good and basically did their own things food was made professional, transformed from home cooking. Chef Careme emphasized procedure and order in the 18th century. Careme added seasoning and other ingredients to highlight the flavors of the main ingredients in his dishes. Careme’s sauces enhanced foods flavor. Careme was so nice that even when changing classic recipies , he would say why he was doing so.
All of these chefs were just a few of the outlaws that paved the way for the culinary woorld today. They all had the creativity of bringing art to food. Each chef opened doors for society to share cultural cuisines and cooking styles. In order for change to occur laws must be broken. By breaking the law in a positive manner life is able to evolve. This is because there are no laws in the evolution of life. Life changes on its own free will.

Mise En Place

There is an old french saying, that there is a place for everything and everything should be put into its place. Many chefs today refer to this as mise en place. This organization of cooking makes sure that any cook is well prepared to serve their guests. Mise en place works so well in any preperation that it can be applied to everyday life.

Could you imagine how easy life would be if everything was put in its rightful place. Not only would it save time, but it would also save energy spent on unnecessary pressures. There would be more smiles and fun in peoples lives. Stress would be at normal human levels.

There is a buddhist philosophy that practice makes perfect. All you have to do is try. Maybe you are a passive person who needs to assert yourself more. You could also be at a point of change in your life in which your showing people who you really are, and accepting yourself. You could also just be a person that  works to much, and needs more time for your friends and family. Mise en place is a helpful way to achieve any goal you set in your life.

All it takes is one simple thing, just try, and try again until it becomes a healthy daily habit for you to do what needs to be done, and on time. Write yourself a list for your recipie you need to make. Your recipie would be any problem you need to solve. By writing down what is needed to complete each task you can check off your ingredients, as you collect them to make your dish. Once you have all your ingredients and supplies, follow instructions. There are rules to everyday life that sometimes must be followed. When there is no substitute don’t look for one.Before you know it you have made your recipie, or completed your task.

The more you mise en place in everyday life you will find it easy to do on a daily basis. Your life becomes as organized as a five star kitchen. You will become well known for the life you have created with everything in order in its rightful place. Paparazzi may even come and snap a picture of you.

Food Genders

I haven’t done an experiment yet but I will. My coworkers disagree with me, but we need a poll to see the truth. The question is what effects how healthy and varied someone’s daily diet is. Is what we eat determined by sex, or environment and culture. I believe your sex has nothing to do with what you like to eat. Food doesn’t grow in places depending on male and female populations. It grows based on environment and culture. Food has no gender, except for what is used to create it.

Not realizing water is the essence of all things
it can not be cloned or created.

Everything else has been transformed
metamorphiszed into recipies created in origin.
Its ingredients only become more powerful as the food fights for life.
All part of one chain that is constantly endangered for its fame.
Someone loved life so much
that they kept a secret until its belly was full.
One day its gonna bust and the only survival allowed will be in the nutrients of lifes dust.
