Secret To Living Healthy

As humans we become what we eat, hear, see, and smell in our environments. Our daily auto-suggestion, shapes our thoughts into what we perceive life should be. Once you control and master what you absorb in life, it will change how you feel and think as a reaction of it.

The places you go, and people you associate with, motivate your growth, or make you stagnant in life. Have fun with the people you love. Play games, go to a movie, or just spend time with them. You can love your family, and friends even if they’re not supportive. Everyone has someone they love but can no longer hang out with. You can set designated time to spend with them, only see them at certain functions, or catch up online. However, some people you care about can not be supportive, but it can’t stop you from living healthy.

Be you regardless where you are, or who your with. If you can’t be yourself, then you shouldn’t be in places, or with certain people that are negative to your health mentally, or physically. Living healthy has compromises but not at your life’s expense. A balanced life of activities, socialization, fresh food nutrition, and sleep will make you live out your wildest dreams. Here are some steps to help anyone begin to live a healthy lifestyle.

Once you take accountability for what you want to do to change your life, decide what your doing it for. A focus on the reason you want to live healthy , will give you drive to accomplish your goal. You can do it to save money, or for your family, and even yourself. Motivation of fufillinng these aspirations will keep you disciplined consitantly, and committed to moving forward.

Write your reasons, goals, and plan down. Post them on your calendar, refrigerator, mirror, or post them. Writing your goals and affirmations is a confirmation of achievement, and a vision board. The more you see what you want to succeed, the more you use healthy tactics to make it happen. Use healthy support of family and friends to motivate you in times of need. Watch your plan of action you plant, grow rewards you benefit from.

Your accountability for achieving will definitely drive you to a new life, you know you can have. Take care of you being disciplined in your commitment to succeed. Use a calender, or journal, and write down every day you complete a task to achieve your goal. As you write it down you affirm to your own self, that you are one step closer to completing your goal. You can write down what you eat, exercises, books you read, or activities. Before you know it, you will visually understand how you are creating healthy habits.

Our bodies help our minds, stay focused. Being healthy will make you think healthy. This process is a self loving motivational commitment of your body to your mind. By not putting harmful things into your body, you show yourself love, and appreciation for your life. If you smoke cigarettes, you may want to get a patches to stop, join a support group or start vaping, Every state has a quit hotline that will send you free patches, and gum to help you quit. If you do drugs, or are an alcoholic go to rehab, or stop. These are the beginning steps to living healthy.

Sleep is necessary to be able to function healthy. If you have trouble sleeping, by the end of an active day, you will be ready for sleep. Getelf on adequate sleep regiment. If you need a nap take one earlier in the day. Try also not napping at all. Awake early daily accomplish your activities and goals for a day, then go to bed. This will give you 6 to 8 hours of required sleep. You will have more time and energy in a day to fufillinng your dreams. Unhealthy things contribute to urges to be unfocused, unhealthy, and unsuccessful. Too much of anything is not healthy for you, moderation is necessary. Eat healthy balanced meals. Breakfast is the most important part of the day. It gives you energy to mentally prepare for your day started off right. Protein is important for energy, and to curve your appetite. Don’t spend money on protein powder, or drinks unless your pressed for time, or incapable of consuming or making your own. Snack on cottage cheese, broccoli, peanut butter, nuts, vegtable sprouts, kale chips, or oatmeal for a meatless protein boost. You can also add these ingredients to your smoothies or juicing, to make your own protein drink.

Vegtables, and teas can become your new healthy high. Try new things like okra vegtable chips. The will give you energy to concentrate on your focus in life. Eat the rainbow, there are so many colors, and flavors of healthy foods to choose from. If you can’t eat veggies and fruit, juice them. Juicing can be costly, unless you juice smart. Use water, coconut water, or milks, for your base liquid, when juicing your fruits and vegetables.

Tea can be made hot, or cold, and is a great form of additional counted daily water intake. Tea also is great for relaxing, rejuvenating, and focusing the body, and mind. Whether its moringa and rooibos for vitamins, tumeric and ginger for inflammation, matcha and black for concentration, or hibiscus and chamomile to relax; drinking tea can give you what you need. Plus you can use fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables such as parsley, ginger, tumeric, pineapple, or radish to make your own tea.

Sugar is something to watch moderation for. My motto is if it’s not brown it doesn’t go down. Breads, should be whole grain, plus sugar should be raw, and not bleached.

Honey, or agave, is great sugar substitute, and there are variety of different grain breads. At home I follow this guideline. However, certain occasions like dinner dates, birthday parties, or co workers bringing treats to work I make acceptions. However, these acceptions are single portions, that way there is no error for binge eating into excusing self sabotage.

Eating properly is great especially accompanied by healthy activities. Healthy activities will also make you thirsty to drink more water. Oh you don’t like water? Try infusing it with fruits and vegetables, or drink seltzer water. Playing sports, exercise, walking, fishing, and gardening, are good ways to stay active. I usually start my day drinking a bottle of water, then one more after lunch, and another during my workout. You can be up to 48 oz of water consumed before dinner time.

Tea, seltzer water, and foods like cucumber, or melons can all contribute to your water intake. Staying hydrated will help you not be cranky, or sluggish because your actually not giving your body proper hydration.

Recording these workout, eating, and activity accomplishments gives you pride in honoring yourself for how much you improve over time. Before you know it 30 days turn into 90, and in a few months you can see no other way to live. You will feel the benefits of this and want more of it. You will physically get stronger, giving your mind power to make you a new you. Oatmeal and a banana in the morning will began to feel like a vitamin. Fruit and nuts for a snack will give you energy, for the next part of your day. A salad and cup of tea any time of day, will make your body feel rejuvenated.

Once you start a new way of living all these things I have listed will become simple to do. Everyday will get easier. Your body will began to crave the health it is now used to. You will forget about your unhealthy past, because the memory of it’s enjoyment will turn unattractive to you. You will create new healthy rewards, like trying an international fruit you never had, ice tea at Starbucks, or homemade custard at the ice cream parlor. You will begin to go out and enjoy life. Meet new people in the healthy area of the grocery store you shop, and doing the new activities you take part in.

The Freedom Of Success

Free will is an option that everyone has a choice in it’s outcome. Freedom to do as you please leaves this world open for chaos in a balance of good, and evil. However, good always outweighs through the growth of life.

Everyday I leave my house and step into the world with anticipation of an extraordinary day. However, because everyone on this Earth doesn’t have the same mindset as me somedays I can find myself almost giving more than I need to. There comes a time in life when you decide if you will only give your best, or not settle for anything less than your best.

Since the internet came in to existence people are less likely to engage in physical emotions, and activities, hands on. Now a days most people just want to sit back, watch, and see what happens, rather than get involved. Technologies advantages have taken place for personal contact being made into instant gratification.

The world is a beautiful place without fear. The Earth is just a piece of the amazing creation of the universe we live in. As humans we inhabited our wonderful planet through the profound evolution of life.With all this majesty of life amongst us one must ask, “how could any human being not honor the pride of creation?

Fear is the only thing that can destroy grow, and love. Growth is the evidence that independent personal love exists. Most humans are complacent in just living. But there is always a small percentage of us that always wants more out of life. Honor, and pride, are subjective to ones circumstances of common sense.

So when you ask “why won’t you try to do better?” Trying is the beginning of action to succeeding, so why not progress in life. Physically through DNA some people are not made to achieve. They don’t choose not to, but because of natural selection, and their DNA they are incapable.

No one gives up on achieving in ife because everyone else does. Instead we push on helping others struggling along the way. Life is inevitable. Life will always grow regardless of fear. When people are fearful of what could become. There is always someone, or thing, to motivate life, and show humanity that all things are possible.

Don’t give up, and never settle on what is. Instead listen to your first instincts and watch them drown your fears. This will take you to greater heights of enlightenment in your life you have never been. Auto suggestions, through the law of attraction can take you to endless bounties of abundance you never dreamed of.

Freewill gives everyone a choice of who they want to be. There are no excuses in life to perservere to the next level. No matter your mental, physical, or emotional state, life makes no exceptions for growth or love. Courage is conquering your mind to be the leader you dream of, in everything you believe in.

Your Rainbow You Create

Those days in your life when it seems every emotion is turned.

It’s hard to explain why you can’t get a hold of the burn.

You can’t be Petty or the world will never learn.

So intense you want to cry, but so excited by life you want to dance inside.

Holding on to each second of it for what it’s worth, makes you silently scream for a stance….

Because honestly you can’t identify who is the curse.

Trying to decipher is not the cure, you must wait out the moment to see what’s in store.

Every second changes your feelings making you evaluate deep within.

Your mind is always racing, but this time your body wants a chance to win.

As the sun begins to set, your blood vessels pump a little less.

You go to a place where love only exists at this pace.

This love is faithful and true, it’s a love where even in the mist of the worlds chaos, no one can give it to you but you.

As your own blood soothes you heart, your mind begins to reset each pulse with every thought.

You see the world is all around, but it’s not in you.

Only you can understand how to be a light and shine to guide the Earth’s view.

So keep your composure on those irratic days.

When you get home enjoy the prisms of the rainbows, that you may have made.

Best Home Remedy For swollen Gums or Wisdom Teeth Teething

Wisdom teeth growing in can be a pain in the neck. However, with the help of some foods you can rely less on pain relievers, and mouth ointments. These two home remedies are great to cure swollen gums.

Garlic is number one. This is not good for children because of the taste, and it burns when applied. It may sting or burn but it works wonders for adults. I usually do this at bed or nap time, so you can relax and wake up pain free. Just cut of a slice of a clove of garlic, and chew it on the teeth that hurt, to break it up some. Place it on the gum area in the swollen, and painful area of your mouth. Hold it hear as long as you can if it’s 1 min or 15 minutes. Drinking water helps subside it’s strong flavor. After you take it out drink water until you eat something after a nap or sleep.

My favorite easy remedy is tumeric. This is great for children not infants but age 5 and up. It does not sting or burn, but its mildly spicy like pepper. It is number two because it is not as effective as garlic. It works but not as fast, you have to do this more times than with garlic. However, it does relieve swelling without a torng taste, or burning sensation. Peel the tumeric and cut a slice. Do the same as the garlic, chew it to break it up, and park it in your gumline where you are feeling pain, or swollen. This does not burn so you can leave it for hours or as long as you like.

Unlike most people I have extra wisdom teeth. They have been growing in even in my 30’s. My dentist said as long as there not unbearable there’s no need to remove them. I agree, but from time to time I feel like a teething baby. So garlic is my number one and tumeric is my number two remedy. I also gargle and rinse my mouth with Listerine, or peroxide when brushing my teeth. As I try more alternative home remedies I will update this post.

How To Make Batter Stick When Frying

Tonight a problem was solved. While frying shrimp in the house, the batter would not stick . The grease I was cooking in was heated to the proper temperature. However, the shrimp kept loosing it’s batter coating while Frying.

The batter was quickly adjusted by adding seltzer water. This gave the batter some air, and thickened it to the consistency of pancake batter.

Next the shrimp were dusted in flour before dipping into the batter to fry.

Once slowly submerged into the frying oil, the shrimp adjusted perfectly. The batter stuck to the shrimp, plus they came out nicely coated golden, and brown.

These shrimp made perfect for a General Tso Shrimp dish. Once tossed in the sauce they were even better.

This was a great way to accompany Honey Ginger dressed Broccoli Slaw for an exquisite dinner. I will definitely make this meal again.
