As humans we become what we eat, hear, see, and smell in our environments. Our daily auto-suggestion, shapes our thoughts into what we perceive life should be. Once you control and master what you absorb in life, it will change how you feel and think as a reaction of it.

The places you go, and people you associate with, motivate your growth, or make you stagnant in life. Have fun with the people you love. Play games, go to a movie, or just spend time with them. You can love your family, and friends even if they’re not supportive. Everyone has someone they love but can no longer hang out with. You can set designated time to spend with them, only see them at certain functions, or catch up online. However, some people you care about can not be supportive, but it can’t stop you from living healthy.

Be you regardless where you are, or who your with. If you can’t be yourself, then you shouldn’t be in places, or with certain people that are negative to your health mentally, or physically. Living healthy has compromises but not at your life’s expense. A balanced life of activities, socialization, fresh food nutrition, and sleep will make you live out your wildest dreams. Here are some steps to help anyone begin to live a healthy lifestyle.

Once you take accountability for what you want to do to change your life, decide what your doing it for. A focus on the reason you want to live healthy , will give you drive to accomplish your goal. You can do it to save money, or for your family, and even yourself. Motivation of fufillinng these aspirations will keep you disciplined consitantly, and committed to moving forward.

Write your reasons, goals, and plan down. Post them on your calendar, refrigerator, mirror, or post them. Writing your goals and affirmations is a confirmation of achievement, and a vision board. The more you see what you want to succeed, the more you use healthy tactics to make it happen. Use healthy support of family and friends to motivate you in times of need. Watch your plan of action you plant, grow rewards you benefit from.

Your accountability for achieving will definitely drive you to a new life, you know you can have. Take care of you being disciplined in your commitment to succeed. Use a calender, or journal, and write down every day you complete a task to achieve your goal. As you write it down you affirm to your own self, that you are one step closer to completing your goal. You can write down what you eat, exercises, books you read, or activities. Before you know it, you will visually understand how you are creating healthy habits.

Our bodies help our minds, stay focused. Being healthy will make you think healthy. This process is a self loving motivational commitment of your body to your mind. By not putting harmful things into your body, you show yourself love, and appreciation for your life. If you smoke cigarettes, you may want to get a patches to stop, join a support group or start vaping, Every state has a quit hotline that will send you free patches, and gum to help you quit. If you do drugs, or are an alcoholic go to rehab, or stop. These are the beginning steps to living healthy.

Sleep is necessary to be able to function healthy. If you have trouble sleeping, by the end of an active day, you will be ready for sleep. Getelf on adequate sleep regiment. If you need a nap take one earlier in the day. Try also not napping at all. Awake early daily accomplish your activities and goals for a day, then go to bed. This will give you 6 to 8 hours of required sleep. You will have more time and energy in a day to fufillinng your dreams. Unhealthy things contribute to urges to be unfocused, unhealthy, and unsuccessful. Too much of anything is not healthy for you, moderation is necessary. Eat healthy balanced meals. Everything you need to consume that is healthy for you is around the perimeter of your grocery store. You also can start a garden for an activity and grow it yourself. Follow the U shape of your market and get fruits vegtables, meat, dairy, and starches. Train yourself to only go in between isles for necessities, like condiments, personal care, or single portion treats. Try not to eat processed, or can foods, instead find a fresh substitute. Make a ham, or turkey breast for dinner, so you have fresh meat for a sandwich. Handmade sausages can replace a hot dog, and they’re cost effective.

Breakfast is the most important part of the day. It gives you energy to mentally prepare for your day started off right. Protein is important for energy, and to curve your appetite. Don’t spend money on protein powder, or drinks unless your pressed for time, or incapable of consuming or making your own. Snack on cottage cheese, broccoli, peanut butter, nuts, vegtable sprouts, kale chips, or oatmeal for a meatless protein boost. You can also add these ingredients to your smoothies or juicing, to make your own protein drink.

Vegtables, and teas can become your new healthy high. Try new things like okra vegtable chips. The will give you energy to concentrate on your focus in life. Eat the rainbow, there are so many colors, and flavors of healthy foods to choose from. If you can’t eat veggies and fruit, juice them. Juicing can be costly, unless you juice smart. Use water, coconut water, or milks, for your base liquid, when juicing your fruits and vegetables.

Tea can be made hot, or cold, and is a great form of additional counted daily water intake. Tea also is great for relaxing, rejuvenating, and focusing the body, and mind. Whether its moringa and rooibos for vitamins, tumeric and ginger for inflammation, matcha and black for concentration, or hibiscus and chamomile to relax; drinking tea can give you what you need. Plus you can use fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables such as parsley, ginger, tumeric, pineapple, or radish to make your own tea.

Sugar is something to watch moderation for. My motto is if it’s not brown it doesn’t go down. Breads, should be whole grain, plus sugar should be raw, and not bleached.

Honey, or agave, is great sugar substitute, and there are variety of different grain breads. At home I follow this guideline. However, certain occasions like dinner dates, birthday parties, or co workers bringing treats to work I make acceptions. However, these acceptions are single portions, that way there is no error for binge eating into excusing self sabotage.

Eating properly is great especially accompanied by healthy activities. Healthy activities will also make you thirsty to drink more water. Oh you don’t like water? Try infusing it with fruits and vegetables, or drink seltzer water. Playing sports, exercise, walking, fishing, and gardening, are good ways to stay active. I usually start my day drinking a bottle of water, then one more after lunch, and another during my workout. You can be up to 48 oz of water consumed before dinner time.

Tea, seltzer water, and foods like cucumber, or melons can all contribute to your water intake. Staying hydrated will help you not be cranky, or sluggish because your actually not giving your body proper hydration.

Recording these workout, eating, and activity accomplishments gives you pride in honoring yourself for how much you improve over time. Before you know it 30 days turn into 90, and in a few months you can see no other way to live. You will feel the benefits of this and want more of it. You will physically get stronger, giving your mind power to make you a new you. Oatmeal and a banana in the morning will began to feel like a vitamin. Fruit and nuts for a snack will give you energy, for the next part of your day. A salad and cup of tea any time of day, will make your body feel rejuvenated.

Once you start a new way of living all these things I have listed will become simple to do. Everyday will get easier. Your body will began to crave the health it is now used to. You will forget about your unhealthy past, because the memory of it’s enjoyment will turn unattractive to you. You will create new healthy rewards, like trying an international fruit you never had, ice tea at Starbucks, or homemade custard at the ice cream parlor. You will begin to go out and enjoy life. Meet new people in the healthy area of the grocery store you shop, and doing the new activities you take part in.

Cure For Sinus Infection Guaranteed To Work

Months have passed by and I finally found a cure for my sinus infection that worked. Doctors, antihistamines, decongestants, and pain medicine only gave me some relief. My sinuses have drained my energy and my valuable time. The one thing I was scared of saved my sinuses. Everyone has a different tolerance to home remedies. I was scared to try this because as a child I was not fond of salt as a home remedy. After researching, soul searching, and listening to my loved ones, I came to a true realization. Salt nasal rinse is the best cure for a sinus infections. I had a choice to use salt alone, or add some extra things in for assistance. I read what was good and bad, for a nasal rinse. However, one night out of desperation I decided to use what I had on hand at home. I made the best out of feeling the worst, and it worked. People say don’t use iodized salt, but instead it’s recommended to use iodine, and sea salt. I only had iodized salt, and figured that’s killing two birds with one stone so I used it. I boiled some water and mixed my first homemade saline rinse. I made sure the rinse cooled down and was warm before i used it, so i didnt burn my nose. This was a scientific experimental risk I was willing to take for the pain and discomfort I was in.

The next thing I needed was a antiseptic, and a soothing cleanser. I decided on peroxide, and baking soda. As I read more saline rinse recipes, I found the three ingredients to be predominantly the main essentials for a outstanding healing rinse. By mixing all three ingredients with the water, I maximized my home remedy for healing my sinus. On day one my nose stopped running, and post nasal drip surpassed. Day two I only coughed randomly, and head conjestion relieved in my eyes, nose, and throat. Day 3 and 4 made my symptoms decrease in discomfort more each day. Now only 5 days later I feel know the difference in my health. I feel 100% better. I’m no longer taking antihistamines, decongestants, and pain relievers. Now I only use the saline rinse. Morning, afternoon and night, I rinse my nasal cavity daily. Up my nose until it runs into my mouth to spit out, is the way to go. At first depending on how congested you are it may not be easy to rinse up into your nose and spit it out your mouth. But I guarantee you as the days go by it gets easier. This is one of the best home remedies I could ask for. It actually worked. Now I no longer have to breathe conjested all day long. I sleep, much better getting proper rest able to breath. Depending on the severity of your sinus conjestion you can only use salt, or add in tthe other two ingredients. Yes I will say that iodized salt worked fine for me. See salt is great, you know your body, so use kosher, or table salt, depending on what’s best for you.

  • For maximum decongestion on day 7 I did the upside down rinse.Even though my nose is no longer running, and post nasal drip has stopped. I still had some head sinus pressure left. I lay on the bed with my head falling backwards over the edge. Squirted the rinse into my nose while breathing through my mouth. I held it this way as long as I could. Then pinched my nose jumped up and ran to the bathroom sink to let it drain and blow my nose. I repeated it twice. Will do this twice a day since I’m only feeling a little congested in my head sinus. But I can breath, and smell through my nose.

  • 10 days later and I’m doing great. I only rinse once or twice a day now. No more cough, post nasal drip or runny nose. I can breath again without congestion in my nose. My mucus is clear when I rinse. My smell is back 80%. This has saved my sinus. It improves more daily. I’ll keep you posted.

Can You Put Neosporin In Your Eye?

For the past few months, I have been to several doctors. I was concerned about the discomfort around my left eye, which was accompanied by headaches, sinus congestion, and post nasal drip. After taking plenty of antihistamines, antibiotics, steroids, sinus, and cold medicines, I was still in discomfort.  It constantly felt like my eye was congested, and the consistent post nasal drip gave me a chronic cough.  I decided to search the web for a home remedy solution, for what I was able to self diagnose as a sinus infection. 

During my search I found a solution of Neosporin Ointment  (NOT THE CREAM OR PAIN RELIEF NEOSPORIN IT MUST BE THE REGULAR OINTMENT ). 

Apparently it works for eye and ear infections. Most people message boards said to follow the instructions and don’t put it in your eye. However, many reviews said it worked for eye, sinus, and ear infections. I outweighed my options and decided to try it. I looked online to see how to apply it. Most people suggested using a q-tip, so that’s what I did. 

You put the Neosporin on the q-tip. Pull down your eye lid, and roll it under your eyelid. 

Then close your eyes and lay down. I applied it in my eyes before bed, because once in your eye you need it to melt and coat your eye.It’s hard to see with it in your eye.  In the mornings and at night I applied it my nose, and ears as well. I could feel the difference the first time I used it. It does not burn at all. MAKE SURE YOU USE THE OINTMENT NO CREAM OR PAIN RELIEF OINTMENT NEOSPORIN OR IT WILL BURN. 

My post nasal drip is finally stopping. I still use a nasal saline rinse 3 times a day as well and I’m almost cured. I tried Zyrtec, Claratin, Benadryl, and Flonase but none worked. The last doctor of 3 I went to suggested I try Allegra, and I’m finally getting full relief. But NEOSPORIN OINTMENT SAVED MY LIFE. I’M ALMOST GOOD AS NEW AFTER ALMOST A YEAR OF POST NASAL DRIP, AND SINUS INFECTION. I said if it worked I would right a blog about it. I would suggest this for kids and adults as a home remedy. I give it 5 stars. 

Mango Iced Tea Off The Tree

So you have a tree in your yard? It’s bearing so much fruit what should you do? My fruit bearing tree is mango.

I decided to make mango iced tea today.  I took 3 mangoes, pealed them and liquefied them in the blender. Then I strained the pulp from the juice, and put the mango juice back in the blender.

I seeped my favorite iced tea bag  in 4 cups of boiling water. I added 1/2 lemon, and 1 cup of sugar, and seeped tea to the mango juice. Then I filled the blender with ice. I liquefied the mix, and placed it in the freezer to chill. The end result was mouth-watering mango iced tea. I will try this with other fruit as well.

It happens all the time in today’s society. Reckless carefree delinquent children threaten and provoke adults daily.  If you ever are out in public you have been a witness to this.   On the bus and trains children, and teenagers, use profanity, and are very disrespectful to adults for no reason. This “7th grader” who is 15 or 17 years old fought a grown man. Katt Williams may not always make the best decisions, and I’m not justifying his actions. Howerver, what about this boy Luke Wash.  If he is a seventh grader he doesn’t have the mind of one, obviously because of his age. What would poses a teenager to try to fight a celebrity or grown man is the question. dOo we need to question how adults treat children.? Or do we need to question how children treat adults these days?
