I did something totally wrong.
I didn’t post it on Instagram because that would have caused scorn.
I didn’t realize it though until I was alone.
I totally neglected me, and I used every excuse for it, y’all see.
I even blamed you, but it wasn’t your fault.
I could have loved myself better, and been my biggest support.
Loving myself is necessary to win at the obstacles of life, and beat the con of men.
I allowed myself to get lost, in the colors of this world that I adore.

How To Build Self Confidence

Self confidence is earned by each individual for themselves. In order to increase your confidence you must work for it. However, once you acquire true self confidence, no one can ever take it away. Here is a list of ways you can boost your self confidence.

1. Make a goal list
– include your strengths, and weaknesses and how you can improve them
-set your goals for present, and future 5, and 10, year goals.
2. Consistently improve your personal care
-think positively, you are who you think you are
-people will think you are what you show them
-shower, bathe, brush, and comb hair and teeth multiple times daily,
-wash clothes, and press them, wrinkle free
-try new styles of clothing, dress neatly
– clean your living space(room,apartment,house)
-eat healthy
-drink 64ounces(8cups) of water at least daily( the human body and brain is 70% water)
-manage your time wisely, use memos, and alarms if necessary
– manage your sleep so your equip with rest for active days
-exercise regularly inside or outside
3. Control your body language
– speak up, and pronounce your words
-watch your facial expressions
-keep good posture
-stand tall, head up, shoulders back
-kill them with a smile, starting with your eyes, and show your teeth
-don’t cross your arms it’s uninviting
-keep eye contact when talking, or listening
4. Consistently improve your conversation
-show gratitude, and appreciation
-compliment others
-listen actively, only speak when asking questions, and eye contact
-focus on whose speaking
– keep up with current events daily to make your conversations interesting
-read books, magazines, newspapers, to help build your vocabulary consistently

In today’s society categories do not classify well what gender an individual is. As science proves the beliefs of the world wrong, individual are able to prove with evidence to society, that they can be who they are. People are who they were born to be. Each individual has the power to choose to be who they are, or what society wants them to be.
Masculine women are born with traits of more than one gender identity. Being the Wo-Men they are causes them to accept themselves in their masculine, and feminine identity. Masculine women will not have disphoria, if they accept themselves for who they are.
When you look at a masculine female, gender binary is always challenged. These Wo-Men(masculine women) are usually ostracized, or secluded from societies labeling, as a particular gender identity. Masculine women naturally fit into more than one gender identity. Since these Wo-Men choose not to take Testosterone, nor do they want, or need chest, or penile surgery, to look, or feel masculine, they are not accepted as FTM( female to male, transgender, transmen). These Wo-Men are not accepted as butch, or stud, lesbians, because lesbians consider them to be too much of a man.
In reality Masculine women should be comfortable being masculine women, there is no category to define the third gender identity traits that they are born. Wo-men are classified all over the gender spectrum. Being a Wo-Man myself, I have learned life is more pleasant when you define who you are regardless of what others think. Otherwise you will spend your life in a dysphoria trying to be what you think you should, rather than who you are.

Since the beginning of life on earth, the female has been the reason why most of the world’s species have come into existence. Without fertility life cannot exist. However, males have come to feel inferior to the female’s power. Males have found ways to fool women into feeling inferior to them. The driving point to males dominance throughout time has been to keep women scared by fear. Religion and cultured aspects of nature have been the main points of inferiority.
Women have fought for equality in society, even up until today’s day in age. The Woman’s Rights Movement, began in 1864 in the United States of America. This movement changed the lives of women. It made women able to vote, and become considered an equal part of society. There are many countries where women must be fully covered, silent, and subordinate to men. This is because males inferiority for the power of women, and their capabilities. Let’s face it testosterone causes most men only to think with their testosterone, brain, or penis. However, the females womb, and estrogen, causes her to use her heart, to nourish the cycle of life through love. Each individual’s chemical balance in their body, depicts their human capabilities, not their sexual organs.
As we take a look through life, religious indoctrination has been the cause of most of humanities oppressions. Woman specifically are have been taught to be of less value than man. Now in today’s society many stigmas for this way of thinking are being destroyed daily. Humanity is begining to realize whether you are male, femal, or transgendar, each individual’s life is of equal value. Woman can play any sport, or do job that a man can. And vice versa. For instance today men can be nurses, and women can be professional football players. People no longer allow gender to determine how great you are, or can be.

Here in the following verse women are cursed with childbirth pain. They are also to be ruled like an animal by man. Yet these are the words of a living “god”, who later in 1Chorinthians says all are one in “his body”.
16 To the woman he said, “I will greatly multiply your pain in childbirth. In pain you will bring forth children. Your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you.”
Genesis

Here Lot’s daughters are worth being raped by a mob of men, to save two angels. If “god” is omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent, why can’t he save Lot’s daughters, and the angels from being raped by a mob. These scriptures make it ok for Christian men to rape women.

This verse shows how women are property in scripture and not humans. Women are considered by Christians to be worth as much as a donkey, or ox.

17 “You shall not covet your neighbor’s house. You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor’s.”

This scripture states it is the job of a female servant, to sexually please her master. Here women are shown as powerless sex objects.

7 “If a man sells his daughter to be a female servant, she shall not go out as the male servants do.
8 If she doesn’t please her master, who has married her to himself, then he shall let her be redeemed. He shall have no right to sell her to a foreign people, seeing he has dealt deceitfully with her.
9 If he marries her to his son, he shall deal with her after the manner of daughters.
10 If he takes another wife to himself, he shall not diminish her food, her clothing, and her marital rights.
11 If he doesn’t do these three things for her, she may go free without paying any money.
Exodus

These verses a provoke women being slaves, and they may be sold for money. That’s are sexual objects at any mans desire according to scripture.

11 and see among the captives a beautiful woman, and you have a desire to her, and would take her to you as wife;
12 then you shall bring her home to your house; and she shall shave her head, and pare her nails;

These verses make it ok to humiliate women, who are not virgins, even if you can’t prove they are not virgins.

13 If any man takes a wife, and goes in to her, and hates her,
14 and accuses her of shameful things, and brings up an evil name on her, and says, “I took this woman, and when I came near to her, I didn’t find in her the tokens of virginity;”
15 then shall the father of the young lady, and her mother, take and bring forth the tokens of the young lady’s virginity to the elders of the city in the gate;
16 and the young lady’s father shall tell the elders, “I gave my daughter to this man to wife, and he hates her;

Deuteronomy

28 If a man find a lady who is a virgin, who is not pledged to be married, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found;

Women in this scripture must be silent in public. They only may talk to their husbands at home. Women must not speak in public.
34 let your wives keep silent in the assemblies, for it has not been permitted for them to speak; but let them be in subjection, as the law also says.
35 If they desire to learn anything, let them ask their own husbands at home, for it is shameful for a woman to chatter in the assembly.
1 Corinthians
1 Corinthians 11 “Christ is the head of every man, and a husband the head of his wife, and the head of Christ is God.”
1 Corinthians 11:7-9:”For a man is the image and glory of God; but woman is the glory of man. For man did not come from woman, but woman from man; neither was man created for woman but woman for man. For this reason, and because of the angels, the woman ought to have a sign of authority on her head.”

1 Corinthians 14:34-35: “…women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, and must be in submission. If they want to inquire about something, they should ask their own husbands at home; because it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in the church.”t

This scripture makes man in charge and women must submit.

Ephesians 5:22-24: “Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife…wives should submit to their husbands in everything.”

After reading all these examples of the holy bible’s scriptures, we find our answer as to why women are oppressed. Any loving “god” should not treat humans like property, out of love. Women are considered property in religious doctrine. Mainly because “god” was created by man, and does not exist. Man wrote the bible, inspired by a “god” that does not even protect his women followers. Woman’s power is supposed to be controlled by man, as if they can not think for themselves. In some countries women are killed for going to school. Today woman are standing up for their freedom, and power. Women are showing men they deserve respect. As time passes and religion fades, women gain more, and more power in the world.
