Blackened Salmon Kale Ceasar Salad

After a good workout, everyone wants to eat something healthy. No one wants to stand up and cook for hours. Making this salad took 20 minutes. If you want homemade croutons add about five more minutes.

The salmon was quick and easy to sauté, in the same pan with the asparagus. A fresh egg can be boiled while you prepare your protein and asparagus. Chop your veggies while you cook everything. Toss you favorite cheese with your favorite greens. In this salad I used kale, white cheddar, and ceasar dressing. Something fast can be healthy and taste good.

Try adding different vegtables. Another night I used green beans instead of asparagus. It also tastes great adding some homemade croutons.
