Cucumber Pear Juice

This juice is refreshing, and revitalizing. All these amazing fruits and vegtables are a refreshing way to get you going. The fun thing about juicing is you can add whatever you like.

The cucumber has vitamin K, C, B5, magnesium, manganese, and potassium. Cucumber is anti-inflammatory, energy producing, and it helps build bones, and your heart. So I decided to kick it up a notch with pears, celery, lemon, and honey.

Pears are great for burning stomach fat for that six pack ab. They are high in fiber, and help fight infection. This fruit is amazing. Pears help fight cancer, diabetes, gout, arthritis, and much more.

Celery is a refreshing root vegtable. It is a good source of vitamin A, C, B2, B6, copper, manganese, molybdenum, calcium, and potassium. This crisp vegtable is high in antioxidants as well.

Lemon has vitamin C, B6, iron, folate, magnesium, riboflavin, thiamine, and potassium. It is also high in fiber. Thus fruit cleanses your palate, while building healthy white blood cells.

Honey is a class of its own. This amazing sweetness can be an energy booster, or mood stabilizer for rem sleep. It’s also a antibiotic so it helps you fight infections. Great for your skin, hair, bones, and blood. I use raw honey for its super healthy powers.
