Carrot Tumeric Apple Juice

The fun part about juicing is you get to give your body what it wants, and needs at the same time. This power juice drink is a full flavor way to get your energy and day going. Carrots are good for your eyes, and liver. This juice gives antioxidants vitamin A, B8, C, K, manganese, copper, pantothenic acid, from carrot. I use carrot as a base for my juicing. It’s one of my alternates to green juice.

Apples add a sweetness to this juice drink. The dietary fiber, antioxidants, and flavanoids, in the apple enriches promoting fulfilling body regularity.

Tumeric adds relaxation, since it helps with anti -inflammatory, brain function, and it’s high in antioxidants as well. Tumeric is great to help sinus infections, or joint pain. This power drink can help your eyes, and heart as well.


Watermelon juice

Summer is almost over so time to get the last of the summers luscious fruits. Watermelon is delicious eaten as is, or juiced. This superfruit has many different healthy benefits to your body. The sweet refreshing flavor it brings hydrates and quenches any thirst. There are different types of watermelon so don’t just try red, or yellow.

Watermelon has viatims A, B6, C, lycopene, amino acids, and antioxidants. It is heart, bone, and prostate healthy. Being 92% water this fruit can hydrate your skin while it improves cell function and immunity in your body. The redder, or more yellow the fruit is the healthier it is. Boosting beta carotene, energy, eye, hair, and skin health. Try adding Carrots, cucumbers, and pineapples go great with this fruit when juicing.
